According to Sahr Paul Komba, SLFA Competition Officer, and Acting Secretary of the Premier League Board, the board had not received Kamara's International Transfer Certificate (ITC) from the Tanzania Football Federation, where the player previously played. This was despite his former club, Singida Black Stars FC, having uploaded his release documentation. Kamara's ITC is expected to arrive on Monday, which would enable him to feature in Waterloo FC's next match, subject to the completion of his registration.
