1. About Noda Score

Noda Score is a live scores, fixtures and statistics app for football, basketball and other sports, operated by Noda Sports in Sierra Leone (“Noda Sports”, “we”, “us”).

By installing or using Noda Score you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Using the app

Fans can use Noda Score without an account. Staff tools require a separate account. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you are under 13, please use Noda Score with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Scores, statistics and information

Scores, match events, line-ups, statistics, ratings and standings are recorded by match operators and our league partners, sometimes in real time at the venue. They can be delayed, incomplete or corrected after the fact. Player ratings are calculated automatically from recorded events and are an estimate, not an official assessment.

Information in the app is provided for general interest. Do not rely on it for betting, wagering or any decision with money at stake. Official results are those published by the relevant league or federation.

4. Predictions and votes

Score predictions, prediction leaderboards and Player of the Match votes are for fun. There is no entry fee and, unless we clearly say otherwise for a specific promotion, no prize.

Each device gets one vote per match. We may remove votes or predictions that look automated, duplicated or otherwise manipulated.

5. Notifications

You choose which teams, competitions and matches you receive alerts for, and you can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your phone’s settings. Alerts depend on mobile networks and on Google and Apple’s push services, so we can’t guarantee that every alert arrives, or arrives on time.

6. Fair use

Please don’t:

• copy, scrape or resell the app’s data or content in bulk
• try to access parts of our systems you aren’t meant to, or interfere with how the app works
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it
• use bots or scripts to vote, predict or add favorites
• use the app to break the law or to harm others

7. Clubs, leagues and our content

Club and competition names, crests and logos belong to their owners and appear in Noda Score to identify them. Their appearance does not mean they endorse the app unless we say so.

The app itself — its design, software, and the statistics and text we produce — belongs to Noda Sports.

8. Sponsors and other websites

Noda Score may show sponsors and link to other websites, such as news sources. We are not responsible for their content, products or services, and their own terms apply when you use them.

9. Changes to the app

We are always improving Noda Score. We may add, change, or remove features, and occasionally the app may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

10. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to make Noda Score accurate and reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Noda Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including any loss from relying on a score or statistic.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Stopping

You can stop using Noda Score at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access for anyone who misuses the app or breaks these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Noda Score after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone.
